From the Georgian side Council is co-chaired by the Prime Minister of Georgia, from the EU side, Council is chaired by the High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy

From the Georgian side Committee is co-chaired by Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, from the EU side Committee is co-chaired by the Director General of the Directorate General for Trade. From Georgian side the committee members are relevant deputy ministers and heads of governmental agencies. From the EU side members are representatives of relevant Directorates General
