The presentation of the Georgian language platform of the Eastern Partnership Trade Helpdesk was held.

The International Trade Center, with the support of the European Union and the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, presented the Georgian-language platform of the Eastern Partnership Trade Helpdesk, which was attended by representatives of the public and private sectors.

Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Genadi Arveladze delivered a speech at the presentation. According to him, the online platform was developed within the framework of an EU-funded regional project, which aims to launch Georgia's unrealized export potential of more than 380 million euros in the Eastern Partnership region and the EU.

"The program specifically serves to support small and medium-sized enterprises, their access to information. “Specifically, when they try to place products in the Eastern Partnership and EU markets, they will have access to any information on the platform, as well as the" one-stop shop "principle, when entrepreneurs will be interested in specific products, what are the requirements for these products," said Genadi Arveladze.

According to the Deputy Minister, the search engine also allows access to information on all legislative acts, as well as any requirements that exist in relation to this or that product.

"This will simplify the procedures needed to gain access to the EU and Eastern Partnership markets," Arveladze said.
