On 8 December 2016, the EU-GIZ project SME Development and DCFTA in Georgia organized a public discussion “Georgia towards European Market – Vocational skills in the context of the DCFTA.” The event was aimed at raising awareness on the need for further advances in vocational training and education, which are necessary for fulfilling the Georgia–EU Association Agreement (AA) and the DCFTA.
A representative of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia informed the attending representatives from education institutions, private sector and local government about the progress of DCFTA implementation in Georgia.
